Un ouvrage exceptionnel pour la réalisation de l'A89 entre Balbigny/ La Tour de Salvagny. L'évènement a été l'occasion pour Pascal Clément, député de la Loire et Bernard Bonne, pdt du Conseil général de la Loire de d'évoquer la problématique de l'arrivée de l'A89 sur La Tour de Salvagny et le projet de l'A45 si cher aux élus ligériens surtout depuis la nomination de Michel Mercier,président du conseil général du Rhône, comme ministre de l'Espace rural et de l'Aménagement du territoire.
