It has been two years since Chrisette Michelle released her gold-certified debut album “I Am”. With this record, she was nominated for a BET Award for Best New Artist as well as two Grammy’s. She gained experience by featuring on several albums (The Game, Jay Z, Nas) and on the singles of Kanye West, the Roots and Ghostface Killah’s. Now, only 2 years later, she completed her second album.
Chrisette Michelle and Ne-Yo worked together on the record. She stepped out of her comfort zone and produced more edgy, youthful and urban songs then her debut album.
